Customer Support Team

The IS Customer Support team assists the Residential and Hospitality Services community with general computing questions, in addition to troubleshooting and supporting 4,000 pieces of equipment.

Information Services handles thousands of service requests each year. In 2008 alone, Residential and Hospitality Services employees generated 35,720 requests for service. First-line customer support is critical.

Due to the large volume of service requests, Customer Support processes most requests via our web form - the key to timely service is getting the request into the system!

Our automated call distribution (ACD) system allows multiple callers to connect directly to a Customer Support team member. After-hours support and special flash bulletins are also components of this latest telephone technology.
