Information Services provides the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services staff with technical support and computer training and develops customized software to help our business units succeed. We’re here to ensure that Residential and Hospitality Services units have the tools they need to both carry out day-to-day business and forecast future business. We do this by managing major computer programs, software licenses, Residential and Hospitality Services e-mail, purchasing and replacing all computers and managing Divisional servers. IS is dedicated to having responsible technology. Our actions are guided not only by the Division’s needs, but also by important security measures that protect Residential and Hospitality Services technology from computer viruses and intrusion.
